Atletico Madrid`s team took advantage of Barcelona`s wrong footsteps and cut off the Catalan advance after winning with 1:0 at Valencia in the 22nd round of the Primera Division.
The victory for the `mats` scored Angel Correa in the 59th minute. It was the third consecutive defeat for the Valencia team, which moved away from the top. Barcelona leads with 58 points while Atletico is now 49 and occupies second place.
