FIFA is investigating the transfer of Mangala at Manchester City
FIFA started investigating the transfer of Elakim Mangala from Porto to Manchester City in the summer of 2014.
The official information for the amount paid for the French national was 32 million pounds, but subsequently turned out to be almost 10 million more.

Lalana: `Klopp made me a good impression.`

Del Bosque forgot Diego Costa
