Football tips Suns President Jason Rowley denies the allegations and has no intention of resigning.

Phoenix President and CEO Jason Rowley says allegations of verbal abuse, retaliation and workplace intimidation are defamatory and that he has no intention of resigning from his position.

Rowley made the announcement during a meeting with current team employees on Dec. 19, the day ESPN published a story alleging misconduct by Suns management other than former owner Robert Sarver.

Rowley, who has been with the team since 2007, told staff that the club`s new owner could fire him, but he would not resign.

The day after Rowley`s statement, American businessman Matthew Ishbia agreed to purchase a controlling stake in the Suns and Mercury for $4 billion.
