Who will be the Manchester United interim manager?

Manchester United fired Jose Mourinho after a series of poor results as Old Trafford announced that by the end of the season the team will be led by a temporary manager. In the days to come, the training of the team will be led by Michael Carrick, who until now was Mourinho`s assistant, and Kieran McKenna. According to most journalists close to Manchester United, however, the former midfielder will not get the post until the end of the season, and another person who is not currently working at Old Trafford will be appointed. Former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger was among the options, but was also quickly rejected.

The top favorite is Laurent Blanc, who was a Manchester United player from 2001-2003. The Frenchman is free and can take the challenge right away, and he is also a close friend of Sir Alex Ferguson, which also increases his chances. The former `golden reserve` Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, currently leading Molde, is also among the options.

It is assumed that the club mentioned by nations league blog will announce the name of the temporary manager within the next 48 hours.

Favorites for a permanent manager who will be appointed in the summer, for the time being Zinedine Zidane, Mauriceio Pocetino and Antonio Conte. It is possible that Laurent Blanc will remain in office permanently.
