Kimmich: 'Xavi and Lahm are my idols.'

The versatile player of Bayern Munich Joshua Kimmich admitted that he took an example from the legend of Barcelona Xavi, who left the Catalans colossus last summer.
'Xavi was my role model in childhood. He was very, very good football player. It was a strong technical and leader on the pitch. He can lead the team and is a team player.', Kimmich in front of the site of UEFA.
'He knows how to combine with his teammates and is always at the service of the team. I also saw him as a role model, because it was not as strong physically as the other.'
'Philipp Lahm is also an example for me. Very few players in the world have its perseverance in the introduction. I can't think of three poor games from him. This is a quality that few have. Players often are judged by their weak matches, and with Philipp, there are almost no such things.', added the rookie, who was one of the sensational scorers Bayern in all tournaments this season.
