Skrtel joined Fenerbahce

The Slovak defender Martin Skrtel is now a part of Fenerbahce after the Turkish team announced that he had passed the medical tests.
He comes from Liverpool, and according to media reports the amount that was paid for it is 5.5 million pounds.
Skrtel joined Liverpool in January 2008 by the Russian Zenit (St Petersburg), but his last season was filled with injuries, particularly muscle problems in the hips and the tendons.
Liverpool, which reached the final from football tips in the UEFA Cup, finishing in 8th place in the Premier League. Skrtel was the captain of Slovakia at Euro 2016 but showed a solid game from previous seasons.
However, the Turks have undertaken to take him from the new season.
